Dates released for Covid-19 booster clinics

Torbay residents most at risk of becoming severely ill from COVID-19 will be able to get their spring Covid-19 booster from April 20th.

The first set of clinics, which are run by Torbay General Practice (TGP), will be held at the Riviera International Centre on:

  • April 20

  • April 21

  • April 22

  • April 27

  • April 28

  • April 29.

To receive your booster on these dates you must be aged 75 or over on June 30th 2023, or be ‘severely immunosuppressed’, as defined in the green book of immunisation.

Patients must make an appointment to have their booster on these dates as walk-ins are not being accepted.

You can book an appointment from April 5th, either through the national booking service or by calling 119 – not by contacting your GP practice.
